Given our longstanding relationship with Marc Fisher Footwear and a track record of success, Revel Interactive was brought in to revamp Nine West’s affiliate marketing strategy. We implemented a smarter approach to publisher commissions by introducing dynamic rates based on customer type—rewarding publishers more for acquiring new customers and offering lower commissions for returning ones. This helped incentivize growth without overspending. Additionally, we reassessed and decreased commission rates for loyalty publishers who primarily served existing customers, reallocating those savings to partners who could drive incremental value. Our strategic adjustments ensured spend efficiency while opening new opportunities for revenue growth.
