KAYLA FAIRES, Founder + CEO
A trailblazing digital marketing entrepreneur, Kayla has two decades, and counting, of digital marketing experience. Throughout her career, she’s developed long-lasting client relationships—a testament to her commitment to cultivating real connections and her passion for sharing new technologies and innovations. Kayla sits on the Ad Club Colorado board, is involved in EO, CTLF, and is often featured on Inc.com. 

JESSICA SHEPHERD, COO
Jessica keeps our operations running smoothly and our team on track. With more than 15 years of experience creating cross-channel digital programs for B2C, B2B, and nonprofit brands, she’s adept at finding efficiencies and creating seamless user experiences that deliver real results—for RMP and our clients.

PAIGE BAUGNET, Vice President of Client Services
Paige brings over 11 years of experience helping ecommerce and B2B brands grow. She leads a talented team and guides digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, all while keeping client needs front and center. Known for her sharp thinking and strong leadership, she helps grow RMP’s services, mentors future leaders, and supports the agency’s reputation for delivering real results.

  • The Digital Marketing Intern supports a dedicated team in carrying out Revel’s digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, demonstrated through relevant coursework, personal projects, previous internships or campus activities. This internship role will provide hands-on experience supporting our Account Coordinators and Channel Specialists in managing digital marketing campaigns across popular platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). While prior professional experience is not required, familiarity with digital media platforms and basic marketing concepts is valued. The intern will learn how to assist with campaign monitoring, basic reporting, content scheduling, and research tasks while developing practical skills in digital advertising. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools and strategies are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing while working alongside experienced professionals.

    Qualifications

    • Desire to learn quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change

    • Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude, with an eye for detail and the ability to spot trends in the data.

    • Strong software skills including in-depth knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, GDocs, etc) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

    • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

    • Experience or know how with any of the following is a plus:

  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ year(s) of digital marketing experience, either in-house or working for another agency. This role will be responsible for supporting the Digital Managers and Sr. Digital Strategists with the execution and ongoing management of digital marketing and advertising campaigns to meet our clients’ objectives across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Criteo, Klaviyo, affiliate marketing via platforms like Impact or Rakuten, etc.) and verticals (ecommerce and B2B). While comprehensive knowledge in all these areas isn’t mandatory upon hiring, a strong eagerness to learn and master each is crucial. As a Digital Coordinator, you will support the planning, creation, execution, optimization, and reporting of various digital marketing campaigns.

    An exceptional Digital Coordinator is a dynamic learner and effective communicator who thrives in digital marketing’s fast-paced environment. You bring a strategic mindset, as well as a technical aptitude, to the table. You are passionate about creating, maintaining, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive tangible results. Your expertise lies in understanding the nuances of different digital marketing platforms, and you’re eager to adapt and innovate as new strategies and technologies emerge. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field experience.

    • 1+ year of experience managing digital marketing campaigns along with a solid understanding of paid, earned and owned media

    • Prior agency experience is preferred

    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and more

    • Familiarity in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

    • Attention to detail, problem solving plus qualitative + quantitative analytical skills and aptitude

    • Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and upholds Revel’s values

  • The Digital Manager is a client-facing, hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media and broader digital channels. This role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign ownership and execution.

    The Digital Manager owns campaign performance, translates business goals into actionable digital programs, and works closely with internal teams and clients to drive measurable results across ecommerce and B2B accounts. This is an individual contributor role and does not include people management.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent professional experience

    • 2+ years managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

    • Agency experience strongly preferred

    Technical Skills

    • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across at least two platforms (Google Ads, Meta, display, affiliate, etc.)

    • Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools

    • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • The Account Director is a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing digital strategy, managing key client relationships, and guiding the execution of integrated marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels. This role combines strategic oversight with team leadership and client partnership. The Account Director owns the success of their book of business, ensuring programs are aligned to business goals and delivered with excellence.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent professional experience

    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience

    • 3+ years in an account leadership role (agency preferred)

    Technical & Strategic Expertise

    • Deep understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration

    • Experience building forecasts and performance roadmaps

    • Strong financial acumen and budget oversight

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, either in-house or working for an agency. This role requires a deep understanding of partnership marketing strategies, team management, and the ability to drive innovation in the affiliate marketing landscape. Mastery of major affiliate networks and platforms such as CJ, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, AWIN/ShareASale, along with advanced analytics capabilities is a requirement. This role is pivotal to the growth of the affiliate marketing service line for our agency and is the senior point of contact for external and internal stakeholders on affiliate and partnership marketing matters.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field experience

    • 5+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs along with a solid understanding of paid, earned and owned media

    • Prior agency experience is preferred.

    • Expert proficiency in major affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, AWIN) with relevant certifications

    • Proficiency in simultaneously overseeing your team for the affiliate agency service line, encompassing both the strategic “big picture” and the detailed “in the weeds” views of client programs and internal initiatives

    • Strong attention to detail, problem solving plus qualitative + quantitative analytical skills and aptitude

    • Exceptional presentation skills, effective in various formal settings, and adept at capturing audience attention
